HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We usually deliver your order within 3 to 5 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Remote areas may take a little longer.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item is delivered. Please notify us within 24–48 hours after receiving your order. Returns do not apply to: change of mind, wrong style/color preference, or used products.

You can change your address before your order is shipped by contacting us through WhatsApp or email with your order number.
HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can track your order by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number. We’ll update you once your parcel has been dispatched.

WHAT DO I DO IF I ENTERED AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Contact us immediately with your order number so we can update your address. We can make changes only if the order has not shipped yet.
WILL MY ITEMS COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Most orders ship in one package. However, if you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately depending on stock availability.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. In some cases we may also accept online bank transfer; details are shared on request.
DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery on all orders within Pakistan. You only pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE PAKISTAN?
At the moment, we deliver only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available yet.
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES?
Yes, a small shipping fee may apply and is clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Sometimes we run free-delivery offers on selected products.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
You can request cancellation before your order is shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24–48 hours with photos and your order number so we can arrange a replacement.
CAN I CHANGE THE PRODUCT COLOR OR STYLE AFTER ORDERING?
Color or style changes are only possible before dispatch and depend on availability. Once the parcel is shipped, changes are not guaranteed.
